New Holistic Directions.
The camp site is situated on the edge of the beautiful Forest of Dean,
towards Flaxley Abbey, just off the A48 by Westbury on Severn,
in the county of Gloucestershire.
Please arrive at the weekend not earlier
than Friday 12th August.
Please start your journey early enough to arrive on site
before 9pm. We do not have the people power to attend the
gate 24hrs a day. The gate may be locked if you’re late.
From the North, North Wales & Midlands.
Join the M5 Southbound to Gloucester. Exit M5 at J11 onto
A40 sign posted Forest of Dean/Ross. At roundabout, take
A48 to Chepstow/Cardiff.
Continue through Westbury on Severn.
Just after Westbury you’ll go under a railway bridge. After
about 200M, at the brow of a hill, take a right turning
onto a small road, sign posted Flaxley. You come to an
S-bend turning right & then
left. Just after this, near the end of a wooded area on the
right is the gate to the field. There will be some material
in the branches to mark the spot.
From London & the East/S.East. Take the M4 to Swindon,
exit at J15 on A419 to Cirencester, then A417 to Gloucester.
Follow signs for A40 Ross around ring road. After Gloucester
at roundabout, take A48 to Chepstow & Cardiff. Then follow
directions in paragraph above.
From South West. Take the
M5 North to Bristol. Exit J15 on M4 towards Cardiff/Wales.
Follow signs for Chepstow M48. Cross Severn bridge, (there
is a toll charge). Exit M48 at J2 taking A48 towards Lydney/Gloucester.
Continue through Lydney & Blakeney. At the junction
with the A4151 on the left to Cinderford you’ll notice
a petrol station*. A few 100M after this Landmark, at the
brow of a hill, turn left on small road, sign posted Flaxley.
(B4 Railway bridge tunnel). You come to an S-bend turning
right & then left.
Just after this, near the end of a wooded area on the right

From the garage, go back towards Gloucester aprox 500M.
Turn left towards Flaxley, right & left bends in road,
we’re just on the right, ribbon in tree by gate. Aprox 750M
in all.
