Camping Info

Please don’t arrive before Friday the 17th unless you’re on the crew. We won’t be ready for you!

Be prepared for the wonderful British weather. Make sure you pack your wellies and waterproof coat. Check your camping equipment, is your tent waterproof? We have limited spaces for workshops. We cannot accommodate anyone in the communal spaces.
If you have a living vehicle or caravan, take care with safe parking, especially on uneven ground.

If you decide to self cater, remember your pots, we won’t have any spares to lend you. Please bring plates and cutlery for eating in the café as we may have a limited supply. Bring your own mugs and cups please.

Be safe with candles and fires near tents. Never light a fire and leave unattended. Take care with gas bottles, full or empty. Take note of your nearest fire point.

Bring enough cash to spend in the café if you’re not self-catering, or even for the odd tea & cake if you are.

Don’t leave valuables in your tent unattended. A money belt is a good idea. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of personal items. Don’t bring more than you need either! If it’s that valuable to you, leave it at home. I’m not saying we’ll have a crime wave on site. Let’s just act sensibly.

We have a no drug and alcohol policy on site. Anyone selling alcohol will be asked to leave without refund. If you must drink, only do it in your private space in moderation please. Unsocial behaviour will be addressed. We have these policies to create a safe environment for the whole family.

Please respect your new neighbours space when pitching your tent. Camping in circles is a nice idea. Sharing a campfire can be fun. We may have a limited supply of firewood on site, as it all costs money. We will try and fulfil your needs as best we can.

Please do not bring any dangerous weapons with you.

There will be ample toilet facilities on site. Please wash your hands and fill your water containers at the respective labelled water points. Water pressure is often low at this site, please be aware and refrain from wasting water.

Hot showers will be available. Please be as efficient as you can, as we all need to share this facility.

There will be limited facilities for the disabled. A good part of the field is quite flat and may be negotiated with assistance. If you have any special needs it’s best you let us know before paying for your ticket. We wouldn’t want to disappoint you, we will try and accommodate you as best we can. Let us know if you have any allergies or dietary needs.
Remember any important medication you may need.

Trading will only be permitted on Market days. These will be Saturdays the 18th and 25th

Don’t forget to bring your colourful clothing, musical instruments and any magical objects you might need.

Come with an open heart and a smile on your face. Lets all have a fun and magical experience together.
